their food waste and Brooke posed a challenge to Charlie; utilize these sweet peppers that she just can't finish. As per usual, chef obliged and made a gorgeous hot sauce that garnered a following.
First, it was a favorite to their friends who would use it on their eggs, pizza, and meats. Now it's the most requested sauce in the restaurant! As of June 2026 FU Pepper Potion is now available in FDA approved, shelf stable bottles with a smashing label design by Salt & Pepper Signs!
